Laura has had over 6 years of experience, NASM certified, and has a Bachelors Degree in Business. Laura has worked with many types of clients. She is tough enough for her male clients, but loves to work with her female clients building confidence and strength.
She focuses on a lifestyle change from the inside out. Her style is very hands on. Along with her various group exercise classes, including kickboxing and outdoor bootcamp, she loves to lead by example and join in and workout along side her clients pushing them to do more than they thought possible.
Lauras training styles are adaptable to each client, who range from 14-82. She loves high energy circuit interval workouts that keep your heart rate elevated throughout the whole workout. But also has the patience to slow the pace down to her 82 year old client who is just trying to stay active.
No matter what your goals are, Laura will make sure you walk out the door feeling 100% worked, feeling you’ve achieved things you would not have done on your own. She doesn’t feel as though she has done her job until you start loving to hate her.
Laura has clients who have lost 100lbs, 50 lbs, 30 lbs, and also have increased agility, strength, and most importantly confidence.
Her positive attitude makes you believe you are stonger than you think and as long as you believe you can change your lifestyle and reach whatever goals you have, you can! She loves to motivate, support and inspire people to change their lives.
Brian has over 11 years of experience in the field of Health and Fitness in addition to his certification with NASM. Brian has the unique ability to mold himself to get the best out of every client. He has trained clients as young as 8, and as old as 80. He knows what a client needs to get them to where they need to go.
Brian believes that hard work and dedication is necessary to reach any goal. He brings that out of every client he trains. Whether a client wants to lose weight, gain muscle, rehab an injury, or train for a specific sport his programs maximize their effort.
Brian has had a client lose over 100 lbs, and kept it off. He has had countless clients achieve their goals that swear they could never had done it without him.
Dan has over 9 years of experience, training clients from athletes to housewives. Clients have ranged from Lacrosse, Basketball, Swimming, Hockey, Football, and Baseball players, both high school and college. Dan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and holds a certification with NSCA.
Dan gets the same enjoyment from his elderly clients that lose 10lbs. and drop their cholesterol 60 points that he does when one of his clients places in the State championships in Swimming. Dan enjoys getting the most from his clients and helping them achieve their goal, no matter what it is.
Dan’s philosophy is to make sure his clients sweat and are continuing to get stronger, preaching that a stronger body is a healthier body. Never letting his clients forget proper nutrition is the fuel that drives the body to achieve your minds goal.
Justin has had over 8 years of experience, training clients of all ages and needs. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science and is certified through the AFPA. His clientele has ranged from 10-80 years of age. His expertise has allowed his clients to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, gain control of their diabetes, rehab injuries, and lose unwanted body fat.
Justin truly enjoys meeting new people and changing their lives for the better. He proudly admits that making a positive impact on a person’s life is the most rewarding part of his job. He has trained a world ranked fencing champion, as well as helping a client lose over 100lbs. in less than 1 year!
Justin preaches our philosophy of a health lifestyle, with the foundation being a solid strength routine benefited with proper nutrition. He pushes his clients with the proper intensity allowing them to get the most out of themselves.
Dave
has over 12 years of experience and probably has forgotten
more than most people know! Dave is also nationally
certified through ACE, and has competed alongside Paul as a
Natural Bodybuilder.
Dave practices what he preaches, eating healthy and pushing
himself to the limits with his strict exercise program. And
if that doesn’t keep him fit enough, he gets more exercise
keeping up with his wife and 2 little girls.
Dave thoroughly enjoys getting people healthy and educating
them on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
Dave takes pride in the fact that his clients not only look
and feel better while training with him, but they are much
more aware of how to eat and exercise properly. That
education that he provides his clients will allow them to
live a longer, healthier and happier life.
Jess
is nationally certified through ACSM and graduated URI with
a B.S. in Exercise Science.
While at URI she participated in URIDEAL Research study
which examined the effects of power training on elder adults
aged 55-80, designing programs consistent with proper power
training protocol.
Utilizing her health and exercise science background, Jess’
passion is getting herself and her clients in the best
possible shape they can be. Placing importance on not just
looking and feeling healthy, but also reducing the risk of
cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, high blood
pressure and all other chronic disease people attribute to
getting older.
Whether Jess is teaching her group exercise classes such as,
cardio kickboxing, boot camp, core ball work, or training
her clients one on one…she always makes sure she gets the
best out of her clients making them realize that their goals
will become a reality.
