I love the family atmosphere at DTC. When my husband and I come in on a Sunday morning for cardio I am always greeted with hello’s from everyone, not just the staff. The clientele here are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Everyone is motivating and encouraging to each other, which makes it a pleasure to come in and exercise.

Monday Boot Camp 7:00 PM
Tuesday Xtreme Kick *NEW* 6:00 PM
  Power Yoga *NEW* 7:00 PM
Wednesday Butts and Gutts 6:00 PM
Thursday Power Yoga *NEW* 5:30 PM
  Kickboxing 6:30 PM
Friday Xtreme Kick *NEW* 6:00 PM
Saturday Butts and Gutts 8:00 AM
  Yoga 9:00 AM
  Cardio Camp 10:00 AM
