I trained with Dan years ago when he worked for Paul at Ballys. I was in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately, Dan had to finish school and Paul left. I thought they would be easy to replace. I couldn’t have been more wrong. After trying trainer, after trainer, I called Paul and apologized for thinking they were that replaceable, and was eager to start training. To my surprise Dan was now working for Paul again. I immediately set up a consultation, and started getting myself back into the shape that Dan had originally got me in! The specific training philosophy that Paul preaches is second to none…..and it works! Trust me, there is no substitution.
