Brian has over 11 years of experience in the field of Health and Fitness in addition to his certification with NASM. Brian has the unique ability to mold himself to get the best out of every client. He has trained clients as young as 8, and as old as 80. He knows what a client needs to get them to where they need to go.
Brian believes that hard work and dedication is necessary to reach any goal. He brings that out of every client he trains. Whether a client wants to lose weight, gain muscle, rehab an injury, or train for a specific sport his programs maximize their effort.
Brian has had a client lose over 100 lbs, and kept it off. He has had countless clients achieve their goals that swear they could never had done it without him.
Jason
has over 7 years experience of personal training and is ISSA
certified. Jason has worked with clients from ages 10 - 82.
His ability
to work with and design programs to fit each and
every individual
is key to each clients success.
Jason has worked with athletes from, high school, college,
and semi pro. His focus is to take each client through the
pace of a workout that they didn't realize they were capable
of.
Through this he builds not only strength, but confidence
, and self esteem as well.
Jason has helped clients with weight loss, muscular
imbalance, post therapy, and corrective exercise as well.
His passion for seeing all his clients reachtheir goals and
beyond is his driving force to helping you succeed.
His style of training is to adapt to each client and know
their goals as well as their limitations, and motivation for
health and wellness. He has helped clients lose over 85
pounds and lower blood pressure and blood sugar to a normal
healthy range through exercise and nutrition.
Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, speed and
agility, improve on sport specific, or general health and
wellness, Jason will design a program that fits you.
His positive reinforcement will help you get through
workouts you didn't realize you were capable of. His belief
in educating each client to the benefits of proper nutrition
with strength training and cardiovascular exercise helps
them realize the balance of total health and wellness. He
believes in living a healthy lifestyle and everyone working
100% to what their abilities are and will be with you
every step of the way.
Justin has had over 8 years of experience, training clients of all ages and needs. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science and is certified through the AFPA. His clientele has ranged from 10-80 years of age. His expertise has allowed his clients to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, gain control of their diabetes, rehab injuries, and lose unwanted body fat.
Justin truly enjoys meeting new people and changing their lives for the better. He proudly admits that making a positive impact on a person’s life is the most rewarding part of his job. He has trained a world ranked fencing champion, as well as helping a client lose over 100lbs. in less than 1 year!
Justin preaches our philosophy of a health lifestyle, with the foundation being a solid strength routine benefited with proper nutrition. He pushes his clients with the proper intensity allowing them to get the most out of themselves.
Dan has over 9 years of experience, training clients from athletes to housewives. Clients have ranged from Lacrosse, Basketball, Swimming, Hockey, Football, and Baseball players, both high school and college. Dan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and holds a certification with NSCA.
Dan gets the same enjoyment from his elderly clients that lose 10lbs. and drop their cholesterol 60 points that he does when one of his clients places in the State championships in Swimming. Dan enjoys getting the most from his clients and helping them achieve their goal, no matter what it is.
Dan’s philosophy is to make sure his clients sweat and are continuing to get stronger, preaching that a stronger body is a healthier body. Never letting his clients forget proper nutrition is the fuel that drives the body to achieve your minds goal.
Bryan
has been certified through the American Council on Exercise
since 2002, holds his Bachelors Degree in Physical
Education, and Associates Degree in Law Enforcement which
makes him one of the most well-rounded trainers you can
find. He enjoys the challenges personal training brings.
Whether your goal is sports-specific, rehabbing an injury,
osteoporosis, preventing diabetes, or just want to lose
10-20 lbs, he has done it all.
Bryan has worked with the Providence Bruins, occasionally
assisting as a practice goalie since 2002, and officially
dressed for a game in April of 2010.
Certified
through NASM, Adam has over 5 years of personal training
experience. He has trained everyone from mothers to
athletes, and kids to the elderly. Adam loves helping people
reach their goals while having fun and staying positive.
Adam believes mental toughness and consistency are the keys
to success. He enjoys keeping his clients moving throughout
their workouts focusing on strength and cardiovascular
endurance to maximize their fat metabolism.
Alicia Capellan
Alicia
has graduated with degree in Human Development and Family
Studies and holds a certification by AFAA (Aerobics and
Fitness Association of America) with 3 year experience.
Caring and motivating her clients 9-65 years of age, she
teaches the importance of being consistent and believing
that everything is possible.
Alicia has had her own life long battle with losing 100lbs.
Losing weight, strengthening, building muscle, or over all
feeling better, which goal you have in mind Alicia will help
motivate you. She truely enjoys getting her clients into
shape and making exercise not just part of their lifestyle
but to make it fun!
Lisa Maher
Lisa
Maher has over 5 years in the fitness industry as an AFAA
certified fitness instructor, personal trainer and certified
as a Kettle Bell HKC instructor.
Lisa knows the struggle of weight loss and keeping fit,
having lost over 25 lbs herself, she can relate to her
clients and help them succeed.
Lisa fell in love with kettle bells and has started her own
company called Skinny Bell, which she uses to motivate her
students in class! Lisa finds that helping others is a
passion in life and she enjoys keeping her clients educated
about nutrition, fitness and lifestyle.
Aaron Washington
Aaron
believes in Functional Training for everyday needs. Strength
training, boxing, nutrition, and core conditioning are some
of the aspects of training that he offers to his clients.
Aaron knows that every client is different so he designs
workouts tailored for individual needs. Making your fitness
goals fun and interesting is a priority to making your
workouts a lifestyle. Aaron has experience in baseball,
football, basketball, track & field and golf.
He has a passion for staying active and taking challenges
head on. Aaron has over fifteen years of weight training
experience and is always ready to teach and learn more!

April Barresi Kusiak
April
has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She
is an AFAA certified personal trainer as well as a group
fitness instructor. She has trained clients ranging from
ages 15 to 80 with health issues including heart conditions,
Parkinson’s, asthma, and obesity. She is experienced with
individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Her specialties
include weight loss, body shaping, stability, cardio
kickboxing, mat Pilates, prenatal and postnatal exercise.
Ryan Snowden
Ryan
started his training career at Bally Total Fitness. He
worked as a trainer there for two years and then became
fitness director for another year. He decided to take his
career to the next level at DTC in January 2011.
In his 4 years of training, he has had experience training a
wide variety of clients from high school athletes to weight
loss clients and post rehab clients, ranging in age from 14
to 70 years old.
Ryan is certified through ISSA. Ryan believes that hard
work, dedication, and consistency are the most important
guidelines to get results. His favorite quote is “The surest
way not to fail is to determine to succeed.”
